We have used Gibson in the past and will continue to try and book vacation rentals through them.

The place was beautiful. Enjoyed watching sunrises and sunsets from the deck every day, even saw some dolphins. We’re looking forward to many more stays...a nice break from the cold winters of Ohio.

Great Condo, Very Clean, well maintained unit, convenient and easy to use steps instead of Elevator to go to beach and parking deck.

Very clean and well appointed unit. The small balcony gave a great view while being low enough to feel more like a home than a condo unit. Gibson is a greaT company to work with.

Everything was great. Perfect location and short walk to the beach. Very comfortable space for our family with 2 kids and a baby. We all enjoyed our stay and would visit this location again.

We had another wonderful stay at a Beach Manor property! The room was clean and had great amenities. Everything you could need for a home away from home! The owners know how to make a vacation into a great little escape and we love staying here!

Loved every minute of it! The only hiccup with the whole trip was food reservations! But we had a blast.

Beach Manor 211 is a lovely unit with a beautiful view. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the ocean, the dunes, and the birds. The unit was super clean and well appointed. The beds were comfy. Quick walk to beach and pool. Topsail was more crowded then we were used to, but it borders a nature preserve so in one direction beach is very private. Many restaurants/stores within a 5 minute drive. Highly recommend and would love to come back.

My husband and our three young children had a great time here. The location was perfect to the beach and pool. It was decorated well and stocked nicely in the kitchen. The furniture was comfy and the beds very comfortable! There are games for the kids and Netflix came in handy! We also played a few rounds of putt putt! We will definitely plan another stay here. Waking up to that view and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just what we needed!

We enjoyed our stay here. The unit was very clean and was conveniently located to the beach and pool. View was unbeatable. We’d stay here again!

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained and in a great location. The staff was very kind and professional. I would recommend it to anyone.

One of the best vacations we have had as a family of 4. The condo was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the ease of parking and proximity for unloading and loading the car. Very easy walk down to the pool and beach. Beautiful views from the balcony and the many windows. Comfortable and roomy inside. All amenities you need in the kitchen and bathrooms for a week away from home. Gibson rentals was extremely thorough and easy to work with.

We have stayed many times at the Tides, but this was our first stay at Beach Manor. We were well pleased. The unit was clean and updated, and the parking garage was extremely convenient. We love Tops'l because it is close to restaurants, golf, and shopping. We especially like the amenities, especially the golf, and that is a major reason that we use Gibson Rentals.
