To many stairs for heavy luggage and folks with stair issues ! The rest was very accommodating. NIce and spacious, AC works great, plenty of furniture enjoyed sitting together at the dining table. Balcony overlooking Baytown golf course to golf cart to accommodate seven adults and two children. Glad we chose 5293 Tivoli Dr.

This was a great rental! My bridal party all came together to stay here and we all had an amazing time! We had the whole section of house to ourselves since this was off season. This house was super spacious. Everyone had their own space and the bunk bed upstairs were great! Highly recommend for on and off season!

This place was exactly as described and more. It was very clean and had everything you need. The closet full of beach toys was a hit with the kids. The golf carts were great. The ice maker that was separate from the fridge was the best. It was a very nice surprise. We never had to buy ice. I would absolutely stay here again.

The unit was exactly as listed. The app is user friendly to submit problems you may encounter. The first night we dined in and went to use the microwave we found the frame on that door was not attached correctly. We were able to report it. The unit layout was perfect for our family. The only complaint would be the floors could have been cleaner. We had our two granddaughters with us that were a year old and they kept finding things under the sofa. I would definitely book again based on location.

House was in good location. Very close to beach, shopping and Baytowne warf. All short golf cart rides. Very clean

Good location. Close to the beach, the warf and shopping. The 2 golf carts made very convenient to get to everything. House was very nice and clean. Would definitely stay again

My family and I absolutely loved and enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. It was spotless, equipped with all the necessities needed to make our stay worth while. My 7 year old granddaughter loved this property and cried when we departed. I wished I could rate it as a 10. The beautiful property is a short distance from the beach, eateries, shopping outlets, private pool and attractions for the kids. The staff members were very professional and courteous. They are the epitome of greatness. I would definitely recommend this beautiful property to everyone.

This beachside rental was a short walking distance to the beach. Extremely clean and spacious. The two golf carts were great especially if you have guests going in different directions. Wonderful stay would rent again!

The house was even better than expected. It was perfect. Very clean and spacious. Very easy getting to the beach with the two golf carts. It’s about a 3 minute golf cart ride to the beach. Very easy and convenient. Would definitely recommend!

The condo was updated, clean and very nice. We had no issues at all and had a great time. I would recommend this condo to anyone.
