This is our new favorite condo at Tops’l. The unit has been fully updated, tastefully furnished and decorated. The pool and beach views are amazing. The condo was clean, but areas like the fan blades, vents and behind dressers were neglected. The property management team were professional and responsive. We did need to rent beach service umbrellas and chairs because the provided items inside the unit were rusty and fragile. Overall, a wonderful stay at Tides 405!

The condo and the view was wonderful.
The master bed was way too firm for us.
The unit was clean but missed a few areas.
Other than that had a great time. Been coming to this area for over 7 years

This condo is by far the best one I have rented the past 4 years. All updated, nice finishes, tons of space and perfect view.

405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf!
Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!
10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Booking was made easy. The condo was beautifully updated and very clean. My family and I absolutely loved the location and proximity to the beach. Despite the less than perfect weather we had the week we were there, we had an amazing time. We cannot wait to return!

Great views, unit was clean and provided exactly what we needed for our family of 5. The only issue was the wi-fi as we couldn't get it to work. Notified Gibson but never received a response. Definitely would rent again!

This was our second time staying in this condo. We had a great time and knew what to expect second time around. Too many pros to list. Our only advice to make it better would be to upgrade the toaster and add some traditional oven mitts. We love this condo and plan to return.

Great location. High enough to see the ocean but low enough where you can sit on the balcony and watch the action in the pool. Condo was updated and very clean. I would definitely rent again.

The condo was beautiful and clean. The mattresses were very comfortable and the 2nd bedroom having three beds for our three kids was perfect! The pool and bar were perfect and so was the beach! Loved the location in that this is the last high rise right before a long stretch of private beach. Didn't feel so crowded and you could take a long, peaceful walk without stepping over all the sunbathers. Loved the extra amenities of putt putt, shuffle board, etc. the condo facility offered for free!

We have been to the gulf all of our lives and this was one of the best places that we have stayed. It has an unbelievable view, very clean, easy to get to pool and beach.
