Summit 312 is a 3rd floor unit situated in the highly-coveted Tops’l Beach & Racquet Resort in Miramar Beach, Florida. Summit 312 is roughly a .2 mile short walk to the beach in the private resort. The kitchen is completely updated with stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops. The laundry room can be found in the kitchen as well. The living room has a comfy couch and 2 chairs, so plenty of seating!
Just down the hallway, the master bedroom features a king-size bed, closet, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. At the opposite end of the hall, there is the guest bedroom with two double beds.
