We have stayed in this same condo two times and love it. I am a beach fan and my husband is a golfer. This location is the best for us both. Husband even fished in the pond and caught a large mouth bass.

We had a wonderful time during our stay and the property was just as described!! The condo was clean and tidy and this particular location was very quiet and relaxing. LOVED the water views on each side of this unit and the awesome little balcony with a view of the bay. Although we experienced an issue with the hair dryer, it was resolved very quickly with a brand new one. Thanks, Gibson Beach Rentals! We will definitely be back.....hopefully, sooner than later!!! :)

Wonderful location, accommodations were as described and comfortable, golf cart was so helpful to get around so you didn't have to navigate with a vehicle. This was our third time staying on the resort in a year and loved this location and home!

Our stay was wonderful! The location and the golf cart make navigating the resort super easy. We loved the deck to sit and enjoy the sunrise and coffee. Accommodations listed are spot on and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot! This is our third time staying on the resort this year and really enjoyed this location.

No complaints!!!! Just a few suggestions, Golf cart needs to be serviced, wouldn’t charge all the way up and very hard to turn steering wheel. Screen door needs adjusting (wouldn’t close all the way to keep the nats out and sliding door need adjusting extremely hard to lock. Wish they had a no smoking policy close to the condo. The guest renting condo below sat on steps and smoked constantly. These are just suggestions and I give the place a 5 star rating. The golf cart is a great amenity and I would never rent a place in San Destin without one.

Our stay was a treat.
Only problem was with sliding doors to deck - they need some repair.

My wife and I really enjoyed staying at 807.
We really had a great time having coffee and breakfast and sleeping in the Master King size bed. The Tv and the internet were fantastic.

we stayed for a long weekend. First time staying in Sandestin. The townhouse was clean and inviting. Perfect location for a couples retreat. We enjoyed the pool, tried to find time to go to the other ones, we will next time. The golf cart was a great add on. Bed was comfortable, I did use the plug in fan just for noise, it was so quiet. The view was beautiful, you could sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise. We will be back! Definitely recommend.

Great condo in a great location within the SanDestin community! Were able to watch the fireworks from the village right from our balcony with an unobstructed view. Our daughter loved it! Having a golf cart is a must when staying in this community so we were very thankful for the very nice and comfy golf cart! The condo was very clean and very comfortable. It was also very spacious. Loved the shower! Gibson Beach Rentals was very easy to work with and organized. We are vacation rental owners ourselves and we know how hard it is to find a good management company. Gibson did not disappoint! We will be back!

We had a great time this past week. The condo was excellent! It was very nice and in great condition. It was very clean when we checked in. The location in Sandestin was also great. We have stayed at Sandestin before but always on the beach side so this was a very pleasant experience being on the bay side for a change. Would do it again. Plus, the golf cart was a perfect addition. We would want that option on future stays. The condo had everything we needed and very close to the nice pool.

We are very picky about where we stay and have stayed in many properties over the past 25 years at Sandestin. We are also clean freaks. This condo is one of our favorites now because of the location on the bay, amenities that you don't realize you have until you get ready to use them like: very nice shower with multiple shower heads, fog free bathroom mirror, Alexa, comfy bed,firm pillows, nice washer, dryer and appliances that actually work, (we stayed somewhere last year where the front of the microwave fell off and golf cart was duct taped) and nice new golf cart with rain panels. We will be back!!

My wife and I bring in the new year and have done so for the past seven years. We always stay at the Sandestin resort Bay Side, i.e. Harbor Point Dr. townhomes. Always are looking for an over the bay view so that we can watch the fireworks display at midnight from our balcony. We’ve been satisfied in any and all units that we have stayed in.

Loved our time in Sandestin! Stayed late Oct / early Nov enjoying great weather and fewer tourists. The place was spotless upon arrival. Very comfortable bed, the whole unit was remodeled - master bathroom was spectacular and views across bay were enviable! Loved the addition of the golf cart!!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations, very comfortable bed, incredible shower and immaculate. The golf cart was so much fun and we had one request to be made that was answered almost immediately. The throw blankets were a nice touch. No detail has been overlooked.
