Photos of the place are accurate. It is wonderful. Very color coordinated in different shades of blue, and has all of the necessary equipment, even 2 different coffee makers - Keyring and regular drip (bring your own coffee you like). Location is great - pretty pool is just few steps away, Village is a 5-minute walk for bay fishing or just hanging out for different activities. I took tram few times to the beach - very convenient, easier than in your car (same time, and do not need to find parking spot on a beach lot). Building has two types of parking - underground and a street lot. I used the street, after headache of trying to fit into tiny spots in between pillars and other vehicles.
Two grocery stores few miles away - Publix and Walmart.
Had issues with internet connection one time, prompt reply from Gibson rep recommended to reset modem. It worked.
Recommend Gibson. Will try to come back some day to this or other their properties.

We were in SanDestin for a conference and were to relax and enjoy this peaceful condo convenient to Baytowne Wharf. Our checking and communication were perfect. We figured out the parking quickly and were thankful parking was provided.

Our unit was immaculate and had everything we needed. The staff responded to us promptly mostly by text and were super helpful. I definitely recommend renting through Gibson!

The unit was very well equipped and comfortable. No sunshine on the balcony at the time of year we stayed. Close to the village activities and nearby shops and restaurants.

Liked the turquoise feature, and the art and glass wear. Nice view of golf course, and close to village! Bed and furniture comfy! Overall a very nice stay!

We loved the location of Elation 5214. The condo was immaculate and quiet. Watching the wildlife from the balcony while drinking our morning coffee
was a great start to each day. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to restaurants in Baytowne Wharf. This was our second stay with Gibson Beach Rentals and we couldn't be happier with the service.

The apartment was well stocked and had every kitchen utensil you could want. It was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Location was good because you can easily walk into Baytowne. We didn’t wind up using the sandestin beach much because it was so crowded. We drove to a different beach instead. We did use the pool and it never felt crowded. Would stay again!
