We couldn’t have been happier with the unit. It is beautifully furnished and the view from the living room and master bedroom is breathtaking. The bed in the master bedroom is so comfortable!!! One of the nicest places we’ve stayed at in Destin. We will be coming back!

We really enjoyed the Condo. Close to pool/beach, but high enough for good view. Well maintained and clean. Close to auxiliary elevator, which made it easier to get to the car.

We had a wonderful time in Sandestin. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Gibson Rental’s communication was great. The master mattress was a little tired but besides that everything else was perfect!

It was a perfect layout for a great getaway. Close to working elevators. Parking was convenient. We could sit on balcony and each beach and ocean without even stepping in sand. I highly recommend this condo.

We had a great time all of the Condo appliances worked out for our family needs. It was a blessing staying there for I had business meeting at the Hilton 2 buildings down and it was a pleasure having the amenities of home for our grandchildren

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here. We love the extra beds in the 2nd BR so that my daughters (25 and 28) don’t have to sleep together. We love the location on the 5th floor and the location to the elevators, front and back.
I love the wonderful blackout curtains in the main BR so I can sleep late.
There is a new smart tv and patio furniture.
We had questions about the water heater because of a loud noise when the shower was running. We called the help line and they were then within the hour to check it out.
I hope we can return to Sandestin and would definitely rent this place again.

Traveled from CLE to Sandestin with our family of 5 to escape the snow and soak up some sun. Had a fabulous time and thanks to Gibson Beach Rentals, we had no issues. The condo was perfect. Access was a breeze. Location was top notch. Can't wait to return.

This was PERFECT!!!! It was super easy to get the unit! Just a simple phone call. LOVED the fact all we had to do was show up! Check In and Check Out we’re done thru my phone! The views where awesome! EXTREMELY comfortable bed, which was one of the things we always worry about! GREAT TRIP!

Condo was great! It was very clean and was well stocked with all the basics (including an umbrella and beach chairs). We enjoyed eating on the balcony and watching the sunsets.

Beachside II 4252 was perfect. Exactly as it was described. Great view and location. It was very clean and well maintained. GBR was very helpful and went out of their way to make sure that we had everything needed. The app is incredible and a great tool to have. Very useful. I would for sure recommend this property and GBR as well. We will be back. Be sure and eat @ Boshamps if you go. The Destin Snapper is unreal. If you play golf, I recommend the Links @ Sandestin. It's a great course

When we arrived the Beachside condo was beautiful, warm and inviting. It was very clean and extremely well decorated! My 9 year old granddaughter immediately said I want to live here!! The ocean view from the balcony was amazing. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

Great updated condo. Fully furnished with everything we needed. The master bedroom was awesome with large window looking out at the ocean. Very spacious master bath and walk in closet. Other guest bedroom and bath were very nice. Kitchen was sufficient and updated. Great beach and a nice beach pool. Loved the large gated community location. I would definitely recommend this condo and would return. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Everything was perfect. Perhaps the nicest condo on the beach. The booking was extremely easy and communication was amazing. I was told what to expect and updated regularly. From booking to check out. It all ran like a well oiled machine.

My stay was very good except for the bed. For those of you that like a HARD bed.....this one is for you. I have a bad back so I slept on the couch many nights. The office staff was great.

We have been staying at Sandestin Resort for several years and have rented from Gibson Beach Rentals for the last few. We enjoy the peaceful tranquility and beautiful grounds of the resort. Our condo is always very clean and has an adequate supply of necessities. The office staff is very accommodating, especially Chelsea. A great place to stay if you enjoy peace and tranquility; the beach just a few steps away, gorgeous sunsets, and a great view of the gulf.

very enjoyable, great view, great location, very clean, wonderful shower in master bedroom,lots of towels. Only minor negatives: TV in Master bedroom very small, lots of lightbulbs burned out.

Beachside II 4252 was an amazing place. Beautiful condo on the 5th floor with the ocean in your backyard. Easily accessible, private and the cleanest beaches ever. Great location with nearby shopping, restaurants and Baytowne Wharf Village. Teenagers loved it and we will be back.

The decor was lovely and the space was perfect. I brought 5 teenagers for spring break. The condo had everything we needed and the view was awesome. There was a small lighting issue so I emailed the manager and received response very quickly.

Great condo, with awesome view of the Gulf and very spacious. Only complaints were: the toaster did not work, could have used some convenient outlets near the beds for phone charging and the beach chairs & umbrella were not of great quality. Would definitely come back.

The condo was wonderful. The decorating was up to date and tasteful. The view was spectacular. The Gibson group was very easy to work with and responded quickly to our requests. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped, but not a deal breaker. The value for an ocean front condo was terrific.

We have booked through Gibson Beach and find it a wonderful company to book through. This is a very nice condo with a great view of the gulf. The only complaint I have is the beds in this unit were very firm.

This two bedroom is indeed on the 5th floor, which provided us with a perfect and relaxing view of the beach and water during our stay. Everything was very clean when we arrived. Everything that was listed available and provided, was indeed and worked well. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. This was my first time using GBR and renting this property, but it will not be the last. Thank you Cat and GBR for helping to create some very special memories.

Well, we were extremely nervous about booking a rental managed by a property company. We had seen hundreds of negative reviews about units not being like the representation in pictures, poor management interaction, etc. BUT GIBSON IS NOT LIKE THIS!!!
First of all, the unit is EXACTLY how it is represented...very, very nice. Secondly, the Gibson team is outstanding. First off, they called me several hours before check in to tell me our room was ready...who does that? GIBSON did!!! We we arrived we were sooo happy that we were not disappointed. There was even a few keepsakes for us to take when we departed. Also, whenever we had a question, they responded immediately and to our utmost satisfaction.
The Resort itself is beautiful. I can't believe we had not discovered it sooner. There is A LOT to do and EVERYTHING is a short drive away. We definitely will visit again.
And, we will DEFINITELY try to book with GIBSON!

This cute two bedroom has the most beautiful views! It is only on the 5th floor, so you are far enough removed from the lobby but not so far away that bringing items to the beach and back is tough. The house is well stocked and clean, and you cannot beat the beach. There is also a free shuttle to Baytowne which we used every night.... I am dreaming of a repeat visit very soon!

The unit was great, plenty of room for all 4 of us...the kitchen area was well set up, the furniture was updated and comfortable...enjoyed sitting on the Balcony and eating breakfast and lunch every day...
Elevators were a little slow but being that the unit is on the 5th floor, great view and shorter waits at the elevator...even used the stairs a couple of times...the coded entry was easy to use rather than keeping up with keys...etc...Would rent again

We were pleasantly surprised to arrive at our vacation rental and find that it had recently been completely and tastefully renovated. Updated kitchen and bathrooms and decor throughout only added to the enjoyment of our stay. The only downside of our stay was that the elevators are being updated, causing long waits to travel to and from the condo. Overall, a beautiful condo on a beautiful property in a great location.
