We have enjoyed this property 4x now in 2 years. We are going back in April as well.
We love it... every part of it. Extremely clean and maintained. The ease of checking in and out is great!
My only wish is that they would allow 11am check out.
But definitely worth the stay.

I have been with my wife for over 6yrs. We married last year July 20th and was unable to go on a honeymoon. She requested a place with a view of the gulf and access to the beach. Thus rental was just right for what she asked. She was happy and excited. We had a wonderful stay.

This property was perfect for our family of 5. The views were spectacular, the location was perfect. The only issue we had while staying here was the guest bathroom shower had an issue with the drain and it was very slow. Otherwise, everything was perfect and we would definitely be back to stay!

The condo was wonderful, the views were amazing, Gibson beach rental was very helpful, the chairs and umbrella provided by the condo were unusable, so we contacted Gibson Beach Rentals and they provided new ones quickly. We also accidentally left our electric razor and they dropped it at ups so that we could get it shipped to us. The condo could use a deep clean and a pest control visit...but overall a great experience.

Our unit was fine-clean and moderately updated. However, the Gibson service was really good! The can opener broke and I sent text and had someone knocking on my doir with a new opener within 20 minutes! Then the next day the coffee maker was leaking but before I could get my shoes on to go to McDo Alda for coffee they were at my door with a brand new coffee maker! Efficient and prompt service!

I found this accommodation as described. The location is perfect, close to shopping, restaurants & especially the BEACH! We just stepped out of the elevator, onto the short boardwalk & onto the beach! The view from the large terrace was awesome every morning & the sunsets were stunning every night! Gibson Beach Rentals were fabulous to work with from concerns about the approaching hurricane prior to arriving, to the timely handling of a concern we had upon arrival.

Our family stayed in this Condo located in the Beachside building on Sandestin's property. It was everything we hoped for. The 14th floor unit has a large private terrace where you can sit and overlook the beach and the Gulf. It was nice being located right on the beach, so we could go out and sit by the water any time day or night. The condo itself was the perfect size for our family and had everything we needed. The resort provided excellent service during our stay.

We had a great visit to SanDestin and a great experience with Gibson Beach Rentals. This condo has an oversized patio that is lovely to sit on and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Condo was well equipped with everything that you need for a great get away, was clean and well maintained unit. Can’t beat the beaches here.

Selfishly, I don’t want to give this condo a great rating - like a undiscovered secret! We loved the whole experience, location, grounds, unit itself was outstanding! The outdoor terrace was perfect! Beachfront, 14th floor, incredible views! Kitchen was updated and functional. Wonderful to work with Gibson Beach Rentals!

We had a great stay here at beachside 1, the room was very nice and the view was amazing! The beach was very clean and beautiful. The only thing we weren’t happy with was how crowded the beach was. We could see people from other condos walking down to sit in front of ours which left very little room for us to go sit and enjoy the beach in front of our condo.

Oh no! That's highly unusual Shelly! The association has rules in place that only Beachside I guests can occupy the space in front of that building. This is why guests are required to wear the wristbands. We would have been happy to advocate to the association in your defense. The rental was just as described. I rented this unit mainly for the view and I was not disappointed. Beyond that the rental was clean and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the extensive detailed instructions from check in to check out. Our stay could not have gone any smoother or been more enjoyable. Would definitely rent this unit again and would recommend any of our friends.

We loved the condo, especially the view of the gulf. The patio and terrace were extra nice. The use of mirrors throughout really opened everything up. Two comments: the kitchen could be better equipped with cooking pots. There was no soup/spaghetti sized pot and the skillets were very old. The carpeting in both bedrooms is very dirty and stained. A good cleaning and a couple of medium sized pots would be most welcome.

We had a wonderful long weekend in this unit. It was exactly as described - very clean and well-stocked. Gibson Realty had a mobile app which made it very easy to check in and get info on things to do in the area. The beach was beautiful and just steps from the condo. We had a delicious dinner at Beach Walk in the Henderson Park Inn. We will definitely come again!

We are empty nesters from Atlanta here for a weekend getaway. This building is situated on the beach in Sandestin, 2 doors down from the Hilton. It's the shortest of the Sandestin beachside buildings. Ample, gated parking, very small gym with only two treadmills and two ellipse machines. A nice pool, hot tub, and boardwalk over the dunes to the beach on the second floor although there was no sign indicating this. Condo #4144 is West-facing, top floor with full kitchen, 2 full baths, covered and uncovered family- sized patio-balcony. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The king/master has 3 large windows looking down the beach from which we watched the sun pink up the sky every morning. There was a large jacuzzi tub-shower in the master and a walk-in closet with plenty of drawer space. The appliances were old but adequate and plenty of counter space for preparation and cooking. There was a stacked washer-dryer, which we did not use, a Large TV and free Wifi. There were chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board in the hall closet for us to use. The one small issue we had was immediately corrected by Gibson. Their app is easy to use and helpful with discounts for local vendors. They called to let us know our condo was available for us early, in case we were already in town and called the day before departure to ask if we had questions about the check out process. They did change our door code before daybreak on our day of departure, but we were leaving early, anyway. We come to the Panhandle annually, and this is one of our favorite condos yet!

Second year in a row we have rented this unit. We will be back! Have been staying in Sandestin every year for the last 15 years. The huge sun deck/balcony is unmatched. My wife loves getting sun in full view of the ocean without battling sand and crowded beaches. Staff at Gibson Beach Rentals is super professional. Highly recommend Gibson Beach Rentals as well as unit 4144 at Beachside I.

The views were incredible and the convenience to the beach and pool were unmatched. We spent almost as much time enjoying the HUGE terrace which provided lots of room and fun both day and night. We returned this year and will be back to the same unit next year!

Our family had a great time at Beachside 4144. The view was amazing from the living room and the master bedroom. The place was clean and well stocked. The deck was huge and relaxing. We also really enjoyed the heated pool and hottub. The beach was also very nice, just a little chilly during the middle of April.

Very good experience. We were three adults and two cildren under two. Only recommendation we had would be to add a latch to the front door. Our almost-two year old could easily open the door. Always had t ok worry about him going and getting in the elevator. Otherwise, great condominium!

Loved the outdoor space. Great for having a drink and watching the sunset. Close enough to all of the tourist places but perfect if you just want a quiet section on the beach. Didn't understand the tennis court situation, not a big deal as there was only one day was looking to play but unless you want to pay not ideal.
Looking forward to coming back.

Great location in Sandestin - very family friendly! The condo was clean and the condition of the furnishings was very good. The terrace space was excellent! Only issue is that we didn't have the code needed for beach access when we arrived Saturday night but the management team quickly provided early Sunday morning.

Overall was good. However we were inconvienced one day by floor cleaners. Floor cleaning should be done between renters. Another inconvience was a plumbing problem. I understand that it needed to be done but should have at our convience. Not being woken up by plumbers banging on our door.
