Beautiful location. Photos are true to condo appearance. The windows provide views that are breathtaking! We had a wonderful stay and will certainly return.

Everything went seamless, check in, any question I had was answered right away, ck out went easy. Very little needed to be done on ck out which was nice.

The rental was exactly as described. The views from the living room and master were exceptional. Very nice and beautifully landscaped property. Security gates were located into the property and at each pool area. We felt safe. Grocery delivery abatible from Wal mart was a great bonus.
Great place to stay, beautufully updated and decorated. Very clean overall except for the master shower.
Only recommendation would be to have the master shower deep cleaned. There were a few dark spots on the shower tiles and the shower floor felt oily.
We did make a few calls to the property manager due to our car battery dying. She was very prompt to help and always very friendly.
Highly recommend this condo. The location is perfect. Close to shopping and dining.

This was a very nice unit with an exceptional view. This was our third trip to Tops'l, and we absolutely love it. The unit has LVP floors throughout, which isn't super homey, but handy with sand and cleanup. The unit could use a new rug in the living room and a few touchups from a handyman here and there, but nothing major. The appliances are nice and everything was serviceable. The location is prime and the view is unmatched. We would go back for sure.

Great Condo! Very nice view. Basic supplies but adequate. Only thing that really needs replacing is the toilet seat in the master bedroom. It slides to the side when you sit on it like it is loose. We would certainly stay there again!

Location was amazing ?? the check in and Check out process was very smooth and organized , The team very helpful and friendly from the gatehouse to engineering , unit was very clean and very spacey . The view was amazing. Balcony design was very brilliant as you feel you are the only one that has a balcony since it was very private . Thomas Cox an Amazing and passionate leader who takes pride in his work and company and very passionate about the guests comfort and memories with their loved ones . He followed up with us and made sure room is ready on time , shared many options in the area for food and activities checked to make sure we arrived and all is good in the unit , you can tell he’s happy , engaged and proud of his work and the company he works with . Also I like to mention Jesse who made us the reservation , followed up and responded to our questions . Great team , company and leaders and can’t wait to return . Beach Manor unit 908 was an excellent value and beautiful condo for our recent spring break getaway. The condo was clean and very well-equipped with linens, bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, easy to use TVs, Wi-Fi, balcony furniture and even beach chairs. Located close to the elevator on ninth floor was convenient and the unit was spacious. We have rented from Gibson for many years, and they are really the best, easy to work with and responsive anytime we have needed anything. Until we're ready to rent the 14th floor penthouse, we would easily stay in 908 again on future visits.

I really enjoyed working with Gibson Beach Rental. Check in and check out very easy with App. If I had any questions or requests, they were prompt and friendly with answers. Will definitely use them again.
Beach Manor 908 was just as pictured. Perfect for us, updated, clean, beautiful view from balcony. Tops’l complex is located close to everything we wanted to do. Grounds are well maintained. Beach chair rentals ended Oct. 31, so you could sit anywhere you wanted to on beach, that was wonderful, weather was perfect whole week.
I will definitely keep Tops’l, Beach Manor, and Gibson on my list for a return visit.

Enjoyed our stay. Unit was clean and everything was in working order. Gulf view was fabulous, sunsets are spectacular.

Our stay in Beach Manor 908 was amazing! The views from the balcony and master bedroom are amazing! The unit was very clean. I would recommend bringing extra items such as tissue, maybe laundry detergent, bath soap, etc. A few items were provided, but depending on the length of your stay, you may need more.

This is our 2nd time staying at Beach Manor. Before it was the Tides (2) and the Summit. Beach Manor is the best place to stay when at the Topl's Resort . Unit 908 was near perfect. The view was perfect and is the best height to enjoy the beach view! The master bed was very comfortable. The tv in that room had netflex to watch, which was nice. Vert clean unit. Kitchen had the basics. The unit had beach chairs and boogie board to use. On a personal note, call ahead and reserve beach chairs and umbrella, request the front row. There is a fee but well worth it to get a spot on the beach. That way you do not feel the pressure to get out early to get a spot. The only negative is the Tops'l would not let Gibson rental guests use their big gym. We had to use the Beach Manor small (very). The other rental company was allowed to. We very much liked the communication Gibson had with us via, text, emails and on their app. We will definitely use Gibson Beach Rentals again.

The views are great - 9th floor overlooking the beach. The beach and water are beautiful. Not the best for sunrise or sunset due to angles (April sun - probably better in the fall/winter). But great places in Destin/San Destin that are on the water for dinners and sunsets.
Everything was clean and as advertised. Plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, etc. We didn't cook much but pots/pans were probably adequate. (The places to eat are so numerous and usually very good. You'll have trouble deciding where to eat in Destin, San Destin, 30A, etc.) The furnishings are as noted in the pictures.
The master bed was very soft, to the point of difficulty sleeping, but the twins and sofa are more firm. One twin does block the closet as others noted.
Had some issues with the main tv and the 5 remotes but maintenance fixed that (used after hour email and fix it form and fixed the next morning); some lights were out and they were fixed promptly. The hot tub wasn't real hot, but it still hit the spot. The weight room was OK; the elevators worked well (no long waits); the pool was clean and nice (skimmed by maintenance every morning. Parking was a little tight in spots (and we were in a small sedan, not our large SUV). Covered parking was a big plus.
I would rent this place again, or even some of the others we saw in Beach Manor. Good price, easy reservation process, courteous people (Gibson and Tops'l) to deal with.

Great beach-front unit at Beach Manor !!
Pros:
Upgraded washer/dryer, Nice Decor, Balcony with GREAT sunset views, several good books for a rainy day !!
Cons: very tight accessing the 2nd bdrm closet
Kitchen accessories need re-stock

Such an amazing condo with an even better view! This is our favorite condo at Beach Manor and we plan on returning to this same one next year! It is beautifully decorated and really makes you never wanting to leave!

Beautiful condo and wonderful balcony with a great view. Our only complaint is that the twin bed mattresses were very loud. The kitchen is very nice with lots of counter space. As usual, the service provided by Gibson Rentals was perfect. We will definitely stay here again!
