This condo was beautiful, with gorgeous views! Very clean! Location was great. The pool bar was a plus!

Great vacation right on the beach with super amenities for the adults and grandkids. Unit has great views of the gulf and beach, but is in need of a few minor improvements.

A very well-appointed apartment with the most amazing views. Just minutes from Grand Boulevard which has restaurants, shopping, groceries, etc.
Plenty of fun to be had and beauty to enjoy!

OK...My wife and I travel often. I have never left a review for a property. THIS ONE IS IT!!! When I tell you the location is PERFECT! The views from the balcony were PERFECT!
The unit was prepared and well equipped. We even received text messages checking in with us to ensure everything was GREAT! We did not encounter any issues. Knowing that we had someone right there to resolve issues (if they would have been any) was another GREAT part of this trip.
We will definitely be back!

The drive in you get to see what the property has to offer. Once you open the door the view is unreal. All you see is the blue water. The two balconies allow you to enjoy it everyday. There is so much room for everyone since it has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The pool is also nice. The boardwalk to the beach is very nice. Lots of shopping close by and some very good restaurants. But that view will have you not wanting to leave!!

I stayed at Beach Manor 812 with my sisters and brother for our annual family reunion. The Destin area holds many fond memories and our stay at Beach Manor adds more wonderful memories to our list! I would highly recommend staying here!

The condo was excellent, it met our needs, very clean. The only thing that was rough was the construction going on above us and right outside our door, very loud and noisy, woke us up early in the morning and through out the day.

We loved our visit and would stay again if the property was available. Plenty of space and endless views. The hall shower didn’t drain and the floors needed to be mopped, but other than that everything was great.

The condo was perfect. By far the best I’ve had in this area. The view is perfect. The condo is well stocked and was comfortable for my entire party. I also want to commend Gibson Beach Rental for having the best communication of any rental company. They were always very quick to respond to any question my party had.

We loved it!! Such a great location. There could be a few more items to work with in the kitchen but other than that, it was absolutely fantastic!

The unit was nice and recently painted and refreshed. The bedroom furniture is in great shape and the bunk beds are a full size which is a bonus. We like that there is a parking garage that keeps the car covered. The relationship to the beach from the building is about as as close as you can get. We come back each year.
