This rental was clean, nicely decorated and great location. The management company communicated in a timely manner. I would return again

We enjoyed our stay at 198. It was super cozy, peaceful, spacious, clean with nice decor. The location was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

My family and I stayed at our friends condo unit 198 on Kari Dr. it was so peaceful, beautiful and comfortable! Very clean when we walked in. We have a family of 5 and we all had our space. The pond in back was nice as well, making it feel like in the country plus the beach down the road. Best of both worlds!!

Visited this area for the first time in early June and had a wonderful stay. The property was even better the described. Clean and well-maintained with all the amenities you need for a vacation home. The management company went above and beyond to help us obtain a package we had delivered on a Saturday. The area itself it wonderful. Our favorites were Crab Island and Deep Sea Fishing and Maple Street Biscuit Company.

I stayed with my family here for 5 days and it was great! Very close to beaches and dining. The rental was very clean. I will definitely rebook in the future.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay. The location was great and the rental was gorgeous. Very clean and the bed were comfortable. I love a good night sleep when I’m away from home. The rental was equipped with everything we needed.

Property was close to PCB and Destin and convenience to stores. I love that there is no traffics. The place we stay was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely want to be in the area again.

Look no further! This new place is what you want and need! Everything was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The beautiful decor and furnishings are also new. The pictures are exactly what the place looks like. They have everything you need including many small appliances and beach towels! I was surprised to see a kick board in the garage, so I did not have to buy one! I’m returning, and I plan on staying at Kara Lake again!

This place was amazing! The pictures does this place no justice! The host was very friendly and helpful, responsive, the check in and out process was a breeze, I mean what more can you ask for?! I loved the place and my family and I will be back soon!
