Upon reservation, whether via web or phone, you will receive an emailed copy of the rental policies to be signed and returned within 3 days of receipt and itinerary of your stay including confirmation of your booked unit, dates of stay, cost breakdown, and much, much more! Keep an eye out a few days before your arrival for a second email with instructions on how to download the Gibson app to obtain your arrival codes, internet password, driving directions to your vacation home, and local discount deals. We are excited to have you in town soon hopefully!

Generali Global Assistance offers Gibson’s guests a Vacation Rental Insurance plan calculated at 6.95% of the grand total to help protect their vacation investments. This is an optional plan that is highly recommended for all of our guests as one never plans or knows when an emergency can arise. No refunds or credits will be given by Gibson if you choose to not purchase the insurance.
