Make Your Vacation GreatA few tips to make your vacation experience one of the best with the GBR Explore Package:
Take Advantage
Your booking party will get 1 FREE adult pass per activity per day. If you don't use any activity one day, they cannot be transferred or accumulated for later in the stay. Ask Xplor!e about the round-trip airport transportation accommodations!
Pre-Plan
Discuss with your party which adult wants to use each activity. Does someone else prefer golf on Saturday while you go fishing on Tuesday? Or, go enjoy an activity as a group, allowing you to schedule and book your reservations in advance! Know your preferred activity day and requested time, but have alternatives available.
Reserve Ahead of Time
Reservations are required. You can make your reservations as far in advance as the service provider allows. We suggest looking to book your activities as soon as you make your reservation. Make sure to reserve directly with Xplorie – reservations made directly with the activity provider will not be free. Activity cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. Any late cancellations or no-shows (including partial no-show) will be charged to the credit card on file for all admissions reserved, including the free admission.
Be Prepared
Make sure you bring your photo ID and Xplorie card with you when checking into an activity. The last name on the Xplorie card must match the last name on the photo ID. Make arrangements ahead of time with Xplorie if someone else in your party will be using the activities other than the registered guest. Activities must be redeemed by an adult (18 years or older).
Eligibility
- This program is not available for reservations that exceed 14 nights.
- This program is not available for stays arriving after May 31st, 2024.
- Refunds are not given for any changes that may occur in activity program or if availability of a certain activity does/does not exist during the dates of your stay.
- Guest receives one free admission, per activity, per unit, per paid night stay.
- Activities are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily.
- Activities are available on the day of check-in, all the way through your reservation, including your check-out day!
- Activities are subject to weather, maintenance, and availability and therefore, are not guaranteed.
- Activities, prices, and availability are subject to change.
